In Order to accomplish our goals as put forward in our strategic plan, the FRETAC has established working committees that include:

Executive Finance – Board Officers

MCI – Planning and Execution of a regional MCI Plan

Injury Prevention – Injury Prevention Page is almost complete as we partner with C-DOT, the Fall Prevention Coalition, and we’ve added a “Think First” chapter.

Clinical Care – Includes: CQI, Patient Destinations & Medical Direction

Grants – Oversees the numerous grants within our RETAC
