planning, working with our County Emergency Managers, and
also with intimate participation in our North Central Homeland
Security "All Hazards" region.

Membership:

Bill Dolan is our MCI committee Chair, with Craig Abrahamson,
EMT-P, Clear Creek County EMS Director as Vice Chair. Others
on the committee on a full time basis include Lieutenant
Brian
Cheek of Black Hawk Fire, Tom Candlin of St Anthony's
prehospital Care,
Hank McCarthy from Longmont Fire, Bob Marlin
from West Metro and Clear Creek, Allen Pulliam from Grand
County EMS, Nick Boukas from Evergreen Fire, Pridemark
Paramedics, and many of our other agencies and facilities.
NEW MCI Trauma/Burn Caches Placed

The FRETAC is very excited to announce the placement of new
MCI supplies around our region!

Through a very beneficial partnership between the HRSA grant,
our medical facilities, our EMS agencies, and our counties, the
FRETAC was able to supply, or add to, 4 MCI trailers in our region.
The trailers are located in Evergreen, Black Hawk,
Granby, and Dumont. A 5th Trailer full of MCI supplies is being
placed in the 285 corridor.
The FRETAC started an ad-hoc MCI cache committee chaired by
Bob Marlin, with lots of help from St. As, Craig Abrahamson,
Tom Candlin, and Allen Pulliam.
The new supplies utilize a new regional system utilizing "drop bags"
containing necessary first supplies for all responders.
Through a partnership with Jefferson County Emergency
Management, we'll soon be adding a 5th trailer for the 285 corridor!

A big thanks to all of you that worked on this project!
